Seagar CRM is a web application developed for Seagar & Partners. It allows the entry and retrieval of vital information along with full reports on a property or customer when it matters most. Everything is built mobile first which allows users to access the service on any device wherever or whenever required, essential for on-site visits.
Reports can be automatically generated to supply internal users everything they need for the job at hand (including the ability to query historical reports). Client facing reports will also be automatically generated, allowing for less data entry and a more efficent work flow for users.
I did all design and development, along with optimising the databases and system architecture to meet their need for a fast service.
Technical Aspects
Data is drawn from multiple databases through a queue system setup to enable the system remains stable and fast even under heavy load.
Reports automatically pull data from the API and apply any required calculations in real time, with a report generating almost instantaneously. This is primarily achieved through a bespoke report library which has been heavily optimised according to the needs of Seagar & Partners.
